I will work with you one-to-one to equip you with cycle knowledge!
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System (The Cervical Mucus Method) is a holistic way of cultivating cycle awareness. It relies upon tracking (and recording on a chart) cervical mucus and other physical signs of cycle health you have during your menstrual cycle.
You will learn how to interpret the changes in cervical mucus that occur during your cycle which are affected by certain gynaecological conditions and which also indicate that ovulation is approaching.
These signs of cycle health once understood will help in the diagnosis of any abnormalities and when recorded over time, will build up a picture of your gynaecological health.
Working closely with me to interpret these signs, they can give an indication, for example, of problems with ovulation or progesterone.
"Excellent presentation on the method and the reproductive system. Interesting and relevant."

The Teaching Programme
Where the learning really begins.....
The Introductory Session
Your Creighton Model journey starts with an Introductory Session providing an overview of the model. This is your opportunity to ask any initial questions you may have. Using your Personal Fertility Kit (chart, stamps and user manual) you start using the model the following day to track your cervical mucus.
The Follow Up Sessions
Two weeks after the Introductory Session we have our first follow up session. Follow up sessions are 1-1 sessions where the learning really happens. The first follow up session is very detailed and involves a holistic assessment which helps to tailor the rest of the teaching programme to your needs. At each follow up session, we will discuss your chart on which you will record your cervical mucus observations. I will address any queries you have and each session has a unique programme of learning which is designed to build on the previous one.
"The follow-up sessions are very useful for clearing up any doubts."
ED, Waterlooville
The Follow Up Sessions Continued
There are 8 follow up sessions over the course of the first year. They happen at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks after the Introductory Session, then at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after the Introductory Session. The sessions are more frequent at the beginning of the programme to help iron out any early difficulties and to build your confidence in using the model to monitor and interpret your cervical mucus. As you become adept at the model, we will meet less frequently.
Once proficiency has been reached in making the cervical mucus observations, the chart can then be used as a diagnostic tool and we will arrange any investigations (e.g. blood tests) if indicated.
There may be a need for additional follow up sessions through the course of the year for those with irregular cycles.
The Creighton Method can be used if you have..........
Regular Cycles
Irregular Cycles
No Ovulation
Post hormonal contraception
Hormonal Problems
Unusual Bleeding
Frequently asked questions
Here are a few answers to our most common questions
I do not run a clinic. What I offer is 1:1 Tuition to learn the Creighton Method of Fertility Awareness. Through learning this method, the client learns the specific biomarkers of reproductive health and through their interpretation, we will be able to determine any reproductive health problems.
Typically, women's reproductive health complaints tend to be managed with hormonal contraception aimed at shutting down and overriding the reproductive system. No cycles = no reproductive problems tends to be the rationale. However, there are women for whom hormonal contraception is not acceptable or who are not satisfied with shutting down their reproductive system as a solution to their health complaint. There are women who would like to discover the reason behind their gynaecological issue. The restorative approach to women's health that I offer seeks to find the underlying cause of any reproductive health complaint and to do what is necessary to restore normal function, rather than shut it down or override it.
Once we have enough information from the chart to get an idea of what the underlying issues may be (usually after about 3 months of good charting), the client will undergo investigations (blood tests) to support the proposed diagnosis. As I am not a NaproTechnology trained doctor, I will then refer the client to their nearest NaproTechnology doctor*.
* Note: Charges for NaproTechnology are separate and are to be discussed with your NaproTechnology doctor.
Wholly Natural Fertility has an arrangement with a laboratory in London for the processing of any necessary blood tests at a discounted price. Wholly Natural Fertility has a list of phlebotomists who work nationwide, but the client will need to arrange an appointment with their local phlebotomist to take the blood tests. There is normally a cost for this.
There is a 14 day cooling off period after purchasing the programme. It will not be possible to book any appointments for within this timeframe and no materials will be sent. If the client decides within this 14 day period that they no longer want to buy the programme, they will be refunded in full.
